A growing trend of awareness is seen in the area of social responsibility by business and non business corporations. At the same time it seems the concept of social responsibility is not black or white. But rather an unclear discussion on the subject. Present article is trying to give some insights for those decision makers who lead business and non business corporation and are facing social responsibility dilemmas in their day to day activities. The article identifies problem areas in business activities for decision makers. Particularly on problems such as the individual in the organization and the organization in society. At the same time it discusses Peter Drucker’s view on the responsibility of business corporations. Then the line of discussion takes the author to conclusion.
