چکیده:

In this work a software for steady-state data reconciliation has been developed. It can (i) adjust the measurements, (ii) detect unobservable, unmeasured, and non-redundant measured variables, and (iii) estimate observable and unmeasured variables of a processing system based on its steady-state model. The software has a user-friendly graphical interface which facilitates defining process models and specifying measurements and covariance matrix of measurements. It was developed by Microsoft Visual C++ programming environment and utilizes object oriented methodology. This paper presents mathematical theory, designed classes and their specifications, and the designed software structure together with an example.
