چکیده:

In order to increase the rate of benzene production in aromatics petrochemical plants, heavy aromatics compounds are converted to benzene in a hydrodealkylation reactor (HDA) by hydrogen at high temperature and pressure conditions. Changing the operation parameters in hydrodealkylation reactors such as the temperature, pressure, hydrogen purity and the feed composition ,cause the reactor efficiency would be very different, and this worthy hydrocarbons are converted to light or heavy unusable hydrocarbons. So creating a thermodynamic model necessitates studying the reactor operation. The article is dealing to the statistical simulation of the reactor in a regression model. In order to achieve a model, the variables effecting on the reactor conditions have been determined and recorded for a long time. SPSS software made it possible to achieve an acceptable design to modulate precise results, and to make suggestions to increase benzene conversion, and the efficiency aromatics hydrodealkylation reactors obtain.
