چکیده:

Metal nanoparticles exhibit a wide range of unique electrical and optical properties which promote them as promising candidates for various applications in nanotechnology area. [1-3]. Dendrimers are expected to provide new advantages when they stabilize metal nanoparticles inside or outside of themselves [4, 5]. Since the first dendrimer-encapsulated metal nanoparticles proposed by Crooks [6], Tomalia [7] and their colleagues, the fabrication of metal-containing dendrimers has attracted substantial attentions.In this work, two generations of polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers (generation 3 & 4), pegylated PAMAM G3 and partially quaternized PAMAM G4 were synthesized and used as nanotemplates to preparing gold nanoparticles
