چکیده:

IN 1991, after than carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have been discovered by Iijima [1], comprehensive studies were done to the application of precious mechanical and electrical properties of these materials. The coated CNT apply in nano-composite, nano-electronics, and etc.[2, 3, 4]. Regarding the inert property of carbon nanotubes, it is necessary to adding functional groups on CNT surface in order to taking part in reactions. Then, it becomes possible to produce metalic, ceramic, polymeric-based composites and then put a coat of ceramics like silica, or metals like Au, Pd, Fe [5, 6, 7, 8, 9], and nano-cluster of gold [10, 11] and etc. In this research, after functionalization of CNT were coated by a layer of TiO2 nano particles and reduced to Ti by hydrogen gas
