چکیده:

The present work consists of two sections. In the first section the phase behavior of the copolymer N, N-dimmethylacrylamide-t-butylacrylamide (DMAM-TBAM) with some salts (sodium chloride, ammonium hydrogen phosphate, potassium hydrogen phosphate and sodium carbonate) have been studied experimentally at 338.15K and the effect of the salt type on the their binodals curve has been determined. In the second section the phase diagrams of aqueous two-phase systems composed of polyethylene glycol (PEG4000) and salt (a) in presence different values of DMAM-TBAM copolymer at 338.15 K and (b) at different temperatures (298.15, 308.15 and 318.15) K have been studied. Furthermore, the empirical equation and the extended Flory-Huggins theory with an electrostatic term (the Debye-Hukel and Pitzer- Debye-Hukel) are used for correlation the experimental data.
