چکیده:

In2O3 nanostructures were synthesized by the reaction of In(CH3COO)3 and sodium hydroxide by a sonochemical method. The effects of reaction conditions, such as the concentration of the In3+ ion, aging time and power of the ultrasonic device that played important roles in the size and growth process of the final products, has been investigated. The In2O3 nanostructures were used as catalyst in a simple and convenient procedure for direct reductive amination of aldehyd and with sodium borohydride. The In2O3 nanostructures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), and Infrared spectroscopy (IR).
