چکیده:

LaCoO3 Perovskite crystals formed on gamma alumina as catalyst support were synthesized based on dip coating method. One support modifier, lanthanum oxide was tested for enhancement of the catalytic activity of perovskite phase toward CO oxidation. The prepared perovskite samples were characterized by SEM analyses. LaCoO3 perovskite on lanthania pre-coated gamma-alumina support showed better catalytic activity (up to 45% conversion at 500°C) toward CO oxidation than the other LaCoO3 perovskite phase on gamma alumina with no precoat.
