چکیده:

In the present work, at first metal complexes with Polypyridily ligands have been synthesized and studied. Then, in order to synthesize the Nanoparticles of TiO2, TiCl3 was reduced in aqueous solutions at low temperature with ascorbic acid as both, the reducing agent and the surfactant. At last, the coordination between TiO2 Nanoparticles and the polypyridily complexes have been studied. The products have been characterized by spectroscopic methods and electronic microscopes.
