چکیده:

MFI-type zeolites (ZSM-5) were a wide application as an adsorbent and catalyst. In this study ZSM-5
zeolites were synthesized with a common laboratory instrument and careful procedure of heating and
crystallization. Hydrogel were prepared from silicic acid and sodium aluminate with silicon to aluminum
molar ratios (Si/Al) in range of 14.5-87 by altering the aluminum content of the synthesis precursors.
Tetrapropylammonium hydroxide was used as template. zeolites were calcinated under air atmosphere at
825K in oven. Zeolites identification and characterization were performed by FT-IR, XRD, SEM.
