چکیده:

Silver nanoplates with thicknesses of 20–۵۰ nm and lengths ranging from 100 nm to 2 μm have been grown on semiconductor wafers at room temperature through a simple galvanic reaction between an aqueous solution of AgNO3 and n-type GaAs. This approach under investigation a type of electroless deposition in which metal ions in an aqueous solution are reduced by electrons arising from the semiconductor itself
