چکیده:

Nano-sized CoAl2O4 samples were synthesized by thermal decomposition with different chelating agents (triethanolamine (TEA), Citric Acid (CA), Sucrose (S)). Powder X-ray diffraction showed that all samples prepared were single phase materials having the spinel-type structure. Characterization of result CoAl2O4 nanoparticles were performed by using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy disperse X-ray analysis (EDX), UV-Visible and FT-IR spectroscopy. The range size of resultnanoparticles is 29-42 nm. The BET surface area was found to be 145.32 m2/g for TEA sample
