چکیده:

Objective: Available nutritious in market, are not suitable for fish feeding and negative effects have caused in production matter. These effects have influenced both finger-height fish and production stages of market fish. In this study, amount of Hg-carbohydrate in fish food, available in the market, has been surveyed and the effects of these materials in fish production were studied. Also, pathologic study of fish livers due to increase of these material has been carried out.
Method & Materials: The dietary nutrient of carbohydrate composition on the liver of Rainbow trout was investigated. A three groups of 20 Rainbow trouts with one control group designed to investigate the effect of diets high in carbohydrate on their livers. The weight of the fish varried between 0.5 g and 200 g , and breeder and control the diet high in carbohydrate (25%) was fed to three groups. The experiment lasted for 5 months.
Results & Conclusion: Carbohydrate level of above normal range (12% of diet) resulted in significant increase in weight of livers at 1.93 precent of the body weight of 200 g fishes. The histopathological study showed that the increase of carbohydrate in diet causes cell swelling and vacuoles of glycogen in hepatocytes. The most sever lesions were seen in breeder and lowest in 0.5 g fishes.
