چکیده:

In this paper, the roles of grain size, surface roughness and sheet thickness have been assessed in the prediction of forming limits of AL 6111-T4 aluminum alloy. For this purpose, the “Marciniak and Kuczynski” model for localization has been used. In prediction of forming limits, “Karafillis-Boyce” (K-B) yield function has been applied. The predicted forming limits has been compared with the experimental data that published by other authors.
