چکیده:

In this paper lead free (K0.5, Na0.5) (Nb1-x-y, MoxTiy)O3 with nano ZnO additive were synthesized through solid oxide reaction method. Crystal structure and and microstructure were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of grain size on piezoelectric and dielectric properties of these ceramics were investigated. Our results reveal that by adding nano ZnO, the average grain size has increased and this increment accompanied by increasing the piezoelectric coefficient and decreasing the dielectric properties.
