چکیده:

A simplified model was developed to describe the size, edge and corner effect of nanoparticles on the Curie temperature of ferromagnetic nanoparticles. Based on dependence of cohesive energy to size, edge and corner of nanoparticles, Curie temperature variation of ferromagnetic nanparticle predicted. It is shown that below the 10 nm the edge and corner effects reduce extremely the Curie temperature of nanoparticles.
