چکیده:

After nearly a decade of practice knowledge management systems the results are different and the type of systems utilized are very diverse and often fragmented in infrastructure. The purpose of this research was to identify indexes for the quality of a knowledge management system and the other purpose was to relate KMSs quality indexes to rate of knowledge creation in the organizations.
