چکیده:

Apparently only a few resources have studie studied effects of particular organizational factors such as organizational behavioral (OB) factors on corporate entrepreneurship (CE). The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between OB and CE.
After a literature review, a conceptual model has been established, in which OB factors are classified under six major categories.Using a questionnaire based on the model, the relationship between OB and CE has been studied in 161 responded companies from different selected industries in Isfahan province of IRAN IN 2005.
