چکیده:

This paper addresses the question of why firms in fast-paced or competitive market in the Iran industries were not successful. We distinguish between high tech and this type of firms. In this case, the speed of changes is essential, but in high tech, complexities of design and production processes are principal. This article begins with problem definition, speed of changes, and then we illustrate knowledge and different types of it. After this we explain the different knowledge creation modes. We conclude the article with suggestion and recommendation on how knowledge management can help better team formation and interaction between people in new product development for firms in fast-paced or competitive market.
