چکیده:

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the job market in Pakistan, from both employer and employee perspective. An in depth analysis conducted of three leading newspaper of Pakistan, total no of advertised jobs are calculated and categorical as per top, middle and worker class jobs. Our analysis showed valuable findings regarding employers’ preferencesto advertise jobs, and employee’s preferences to search jobs in specific newspaper. These findings are valuable for people searching for jobs in specific newspapers. These findings are valuable for people searching for job, and employers, looking for a valid medium to advertise.
