Due to the restriction of water sources in the country and it’s unrecycled process on one hand, and increasing demand of water due to growing population and increasing in the level of health and culture of society on the other hand, then there should be a solution to this problem to avoid more crisis. Regarding to the fact that the amount of leaked water, due to events in urban water networks is so high which is composed of a considerable amount of the total leaked water that economically costs a lot, therefore to study and to research about the events and incidents in urban water networks and conjunctions, not only increase the income of the city’s water and waste water corporation but also preserving the unrecycled capitals in order to help the environment. In this research, the analytical assessment of the events and incidents, has been done in three cities in Mazandaran province which each located in different geographical zones from east part; Behshahr, from center; Sari and west; Ramsar.The results have shown that, the major events happens in conjunctions , which caused by oldness of the conjunctions, improper technical execution, lack of using high quality materials, the rustiness and decayed pipes, ill conjunctions, land sliding, and the penetration of trees and plants inside the conjunctions.With regarding the geographical locations and topography of the three above mentioned cities, in order to refrain the events, such suggestions are given: zoning the network, revenue operation of reserved tanks, reforming the networks with the secure and high quality materials, balancing the network, continues manometer and direct pumping. Other factors which affect the control and decreasing the events such as preventing factors, correcting factors and observing factors have been introduced too.
