چکیده:

Based on anodization technique two dimensional diffraction grating were fabricated on aluminum plate. Using mild anodization, the reflective grating with interpore ranging 500 nm was prepared. In order to make the porous alumina arrays a single step mild anodization in 0.4 M phosphoric acid with 195 anodization voltage were employed. Interpore distances 500 nm interpor distance was seen when the mild anodization technique were used. The domain size of hexagonal ordered arrays were observed with over 25 μm2 area. Optical properties of gratings were investigated using visible light sources thereby the structure details of gratings were determined.
