چکیده:

There are some commercial antidote drugs like Dimercaprol, Succimer, or Penicilamine as parmaceutical chelators. They are bidental ligands which could give strong complexes with heavy metals as poisons. This paper introduces 2-Phenylthioalcohols as theoretically new antidote drugs and describes the role of stereochemistry on their effect. The stability of mentioned ligands and their complexes with are calculated by semi-empirical AM1 method and compared together and to ordinary used antidote drugs. Also the simple synthetic methods have introduced for their preparation. +2Zn
