چکیده:

Organization Excellence helps grow Business.
Organization Excellence is never a chance. It is always a chosen path.
Organization Excellence is achieved by a Practice of Excellence in every activity, every task in the Organization.
Activities in an Organization can be classified under 2 broad heads:
1. Strategic
2. Transactional
– Close to 75% of an Organization’s effort is spent on Transactional activities
– Over 80% of an Organization’s resources are involved in running and managing Transactional events
-Procedures and Processes are well laid in the QMS for all Transaction elements
Despite all these, not all Organizations see a sustained progress and not all Organizations are considered to excel in their Operations.
While Transactional activities are carried out by most of the resources in the Organization, Strategic activities are carried out by the senior -most team in the Organization. These Strategic Activities are the ones that drive the behavior of the Transaction events. Operational Excellence is realized ONLY when
1. There is a defined way of doing for the Strategic activities as well
2. There are processes, tools and frameworks established and practiced for the Strategic activities too
Here is where most Organizations falter.
It is in this area that the Quality function has to play a significant role. It is in this area that Quality Tools can deliver impacting results.
