چکیده:

A method for predicting the transverse motion of a granular bed in a rotary cylinder and residence time is proposed based on non-Newtonian rheological model of the pseudo-plastic type, with a flow behavior index (n) between 0 and 1.The momentum and continuity equations are solved by the CFD code in MATLAB. Computed results compared with experimental data.
