چکیده:

Introduction: Ultrasonography is a method for diagnosing of ill structures from healthy ones. There are different techniques for study of organs located in the inner of ventor, such as clinical examination methods and blood, laboratory and radiology tests. Sonography is considered as an exact and non-aggressive method among the above-mentioned methods with more applications and advantages. It is possible to easily perform sampling operation through guidance of ultrasound waves. Methods of using ultrasound is obtained through using ultrasound waves and returns of sound waves produced at the result of sound resistances existing among under-study organs and creation of images between them on a monitor. In this study, a pimedical ultrasound set, Ekola model with linear and convex prob and 6-8 MHz has been used.
Materials and method: For this purpose, four fish was randomly elected from fishery and their length and weight was measured. Studied fish was anesthetized with clove powder. A wet tampon was put on the head of the fish in order to keep it alive until termination of the operation. The prob was located from ventral surface on behind of pectoral fin toward anterior and the fish’s liver was studied in different sides through changing the angle of the prob. Results and Conclusion: Liver can be easily studied by using this technique with waterproof prob which is seen as a hypoechoic region with a hyperecha wall. We could observe gall-bladder in the form of hypoechoic at anterior and lateral of the liver. The ill will be diagnosed through obtained images in this method. This method can be used for diagnosing healthy states. In this study, size of liver was 2.49 cm in anterior- dorsal and 2.7 in ventral dorsal parts.
