چکیده:

Objective: Some times in intensive fish production, a great levels of antifungals and antibiotics may used for prophylaxis and/or infections treatment, this system will followed some public health problem (decreasing the nutritional value of fish meat and induction of resistance to drug). So it is requested to try for disease prevention and prophylaxis by disinfectants based on the clinical and Para clinical exams recommended by vets. Nanosilver is one nanomatterial with a silver base. The most important role of nanosilvers is increasing the surface to bulk ratio, exposure to sides of pathogens and interacting with oxidation –reduction pathways.
Method & Materials: First of all the education of fish farm owner was recommended so that they become familiar with nanosilver and correct disinfecting methods. In current trials that was 2 intensive pools with a population of 400000 and 300000 Rainbow with average finger size, following a temperature stress the feeding ability decreased and mortality rate increased, some injuries around the tail and caudal wings were visible, so nanosilver for disinfecting (for all the goods and building in cattle and broiler farms) as dipping in 3 ppm nanosilver were recommended 2 times for 3 days in a period of 10 minutes.
Results & Conclusion: Regarding to the stress situations, it was expected that a high mortality occurred in the farms, but fortunately after disinfecting the fish via pooling in nanosilver, the existed injuries got better and 4 days later, mortality were stopped and feeding goes to normal situation. Based on this trials it is concluded that nanosilver can be used for disinfecting and disease control in intensive fish production and aquatic environment
