چکیده:

The dynamical model of a cracked shaft with breathing behavior is studied. The decreased stiffness due to crack existence is calculated in every step of the solution, so an iterative solution is used in order to obtain the response. Using transient response of the cracked and uncracked rotor, the crack feature is identified by means of wavelet transform. This will allow an exact diagnosis tool for crack detection through run up of therotor.
