From the “۱۹۷۳ oil crisis” onwards, fuel costs have been increased day to day. Fuel costs form one hand and protection of environment from the other hand motivates automobile companies to strive for “weight reduction” of their products. This aim has been followed by use of both “new forming technologies” and “light weight materials”. In this work it is shown that the “gas pressure forming technology” and “warm aluminum material” can be excellently combined for automotive part production. At the end, some simulations are presented to illustrate qualitatively the potentials of the idea. Nonuniform temperature distribution is a new concept which is introduced in this work.
