The numerically computed drag coefficient for cross flow over a cam shaped cylinder between two parallel plate is presented.The equivalent diameter of the cylinder is 27.6 mm and blockage ratiovaries in range 1.5<H/D<10. The Reynolds number based on equivalent circular cylinder arewithin 50< Reeq <1000. Results indicated that total drag coefficient is decreased with increasing the blockage ratio for a fixed value of the Reynolds number. Results show that drag coefficient increases about 10 to 12times when blockage ratio decreases from 10 to 1.5. Drag coefficient of the cam shape tube is less than that of circular about 20 percent.
